- This matte multi-sealer provides perfect fixing of eye makeup without any smudging through effective slim coating layer.
This makeup sealer inhibits smudging of eye makeup for long-lasting effect.
Apply this multi-sealer on any desired parts including areas applied with eyeliner, brow product, and mascara, and triangular zone. - Contains Kappaphycus Alvarezii Extract for skin soothing, and Caesalpinia Spinosa Fruit Extract to protect skin against external harmful factors.
Contains Camellia Japonica Flower Extract to help with skin condition. - 1. Adjust the amount of content with the brush at container outlet.
2. Apply and dry eyeliner, brow product, and mascara, and then apply little amount of the product.
