The soft velvet texture melts on skin to provide non-lumping smudging.
The spherical powder is lightly and smoothly applied on skin to scatter light and provide nice blurring effect. - Contains Nelumbium Speciosum Flower Extract and Nymphaea Alba Flower Extract as plant moisturizing ingredient to make hydrated and healthy lips.
